Abstract

Quality assurance systems in food industry

Developing technologies forced communities into an economic rivalry. Quality is the key for success in this race. In the present time it is essential to have quality managament and assurance systems to corrsepond to the needs and requirements for the goods and services claimed by the customers. The aim of in this article is to give information on the quality guarantee systems that are applied for the food sector.
