Fisheries and Aquaculture in the Mediterranean Region

Purpose: To publish the most exciting research with respect to the subjects of Journal of FisheriesSciences.com and to provide a rapid turn-around time regarding reviewing and publishing, and to disseminate the articles freely for research, teaching and reference purposes.

Theme: In many parts of the world, Fisheries and aquaculture research in the Mediterranean is expanding. This special issue on "Fisheries and aquaculture in the Mediterranean region" covers broad picture. So we specifically invite you as an expert in the field to submit original research, review, short communication and perspective articles, which may contribute to spreading the knowledge in the Fisheries and aquaculture.

It includes Fisheries, Fish welfare, Fisheries management, Fisheries policy, Fishing technics, Fishery socio-economic indices, Aquaculture, Organic aquaculture, Management practices, New species with commercial interest, New farming methods and Technics, Ichthyopathology, Mediterranean, fish nutrition, fish production, aquaculture and environment.

We welcome the manuscripts for special issue till “15 April 2017”. The submitted manuscripts would be published by “20 June 2017.
